Made specifically for the YOYO newborn shell, so it fits the shape rather than being a universal cover pulled over and hoping.
It installs quickly, which is the only specification that matters for a rain cover. Rain does not announce itself, and a cover that takes two minutes to work out is a cover your baby gets wet under.
The window flap lets you reach the shell handles without taking the cover off, so you can lift and carry while it is still raining. It folds away small enough to live in the basket permanently, which is where a rain cover needs to be. Newborn shell sold separately.
