Two sheets, which is the number you need rather than the number that sounds generous. Cots get changed in the middle of the night, and a spare that is already on hand is the difference between a quick change and a crisis.
They are cut to the oval Snoozi mattress for a smooth, snug fit, in complementary colours rather than identical ones.
The cotton is organic and Oeko-Tex certified, soft against newborn skin, and it machine washes warm so a night-time change can go straight into the machine. Colour pack is vanilla dandelion.
